Beale Outing Report September 28-30, 2007 The Scouts arrived about 10:00p.m. and another scout was on the way when it started to rain. It was soon pouring and we had just put our tents up. We were not prepared for this, we thought it would be nice weather. We all were in our tents till about 11:00 when the rain stopped and then we got ready for bed. Then next day the weather got a lot better so we were all ready to have some fun. All of us went on the bus to be on the fight line so we could see what the Air Force had to provide for us. We were not disappointed at it, they had many planes on display, they also had some ordinances out on display. The main airplane that people wanted to see was the Predator. The Predator is a new plane for recon and has no pilot. After we saw what we wanted to see we ate lunch and headed back to camp to see was the council had to put on. We played a little basketball with some other people from different troops and we played with some hounds before we went back to camp to prepare for dinner. After a nice hardy dinner of spaghetti we had to hike to the flight line to see the light show. We were amazed at the light show then we hiked back to camp to go to sleep. When we all woke up we packed up and went home. Matthew Puliz
